In addition to playing an essential role in quality control unit, the laboratories of Sepahan Daneh International Group also operate independently and consist of three units:
Chemistry, Microbiology and Instrumental analysis.
The laboratory is equipped with modern devices such as auto analyzer, high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), atomic absorption, spectrophotometry, automatic colloidal, Soxhlet, fiber measurement instrument, electric furnace, flame photometer, oven, microwave, toluene distillation equipment, etc. Some of the tests in the company are conducted for the first time on feed products. These tests include standard of measuring protein transmission (Determining the quality of protein sources) of different sources such as fish meal, corn gluten meal, soybean meal, soybean, etc. In addition, the laboratory conducts a test on the corn silage dry matter using specialized systems of products fermentation through distillation method which today in most laboratories is done by using either the oven or microwave method and in the case of products fermentation, it causes a lot of errors. TMR analysis is another analysis that Sepahan Daneh Co. has performed to improve nutritional quality in the animal husbandry and to reduce the variance of purchased variable products and labor, mixing and weighing errors. As a result, with a TMR monthly analysis in early lactation and high milk producing cows, the problems of deficiencies and over-nutrition can easily be identified and corrected.
