Concentrate production line

Concentrate production in the production complex of Sepahan Daneh International Group is done by two symmetrical and separate production lines for the production of poultry concentrates and livestock premixes, which are fully automatic. Both of these production lines are equipped with the most advanced devices and equipment with the latest technology. Very accurate weighing, high speed, the use of new generation mixers or so-called turbo mixers are unique features of this production line which can mix properly and optimally in a short time to produce a product with maximum uniformity and homogeneity.

Pellet production line

The production of pellet complete feed is carried out in the production complex of Sepahan Daneh International Group in two completely separate production lines and with great precision. In this process, the materials are cooked by a unique super conditioner system, which makes cooking is done in a specific time and temperature range, automatically and controllably.

Supplement production line

The supplement production line of the production complex of Sepahan Daneh International Group has been installed in accordance with the principles of health and biosafety at the level of pharmaceutical factories. To prevent human error and increase the accuracy and quality of weighing in this production line, the weighing process of micronutrients is done automatically by dedicated software. In this production line, the micronutrients are transferred by the vacuum suction device into the micromixer for mixing and bringing up to the initial volume with suitable carriers. The operation of the suction device, which is widely used in the pharmaceutical industry, is based on the use of a pneumatic system and compressed air flow, and no human factor is involved in this transfer. Due to the high sensitivity and accuracy required for the supplement production unit, a special supervision is carried out by a veterinarian in the supplement production line in addition to the controls of the total quality system.

The production complex of Sepahan Daneh International Group is equipped with a unique cold storage for storing vitamins and minerals, which is managed based on the principles of correct arrangement, FIFO control and regular cleaning and disinfecting programs. The area of the cold storage is in accordance with the standards and the epoxy coating of the floor, ceiling and walls completely isolates this cold storage, and the temperature, light and humidity conditions for the storage and maintenance of vitamins are in compliance with the instructions of the veterinary organization which are momently recorded and controlled.
