    • Dry period is regarded as a critical stage in the life cycle of dairy cows. during this period of increased metabolic stress such as fetal weight gain, severe hormonal changes and decrease in dry matter intake postpartum, the risk of metabolic disorders (such as milk fever, Displaced Abomasum, ketosis, fatty liver, etc.) is increased. However, imbalance of nutrients and dietary cation-anion difference (DCAD) can exacerbate the incidence of metabolic disorders especially milk fever and consequently other metabolic disorders. Hypocalcaemia or milk fever is a metabolic disorder associated with a sharp drop of blood serum calcium, and hence anionic salts ought to be used to prevent metabolic diseases before calving. The sources of anionic salts used in this premix are taken from the highest quality resources and its combination has been formulated in a way that has the least effect on dry matter intake. In addition, DCAD is preserved in the range between -100 to -150 Meq/kg DM by using premix. Subsequently, the incidence of metabolic diseases ,particularly milk fever are reduced significantly. Further, Anionic compounds in this product indirectly prevent retained placenta and uterine infections.


Standard premix

The objective of the mixing process is to produce feed in which nutrients and medication are uniformly distributed. A proper diet should contain standard and uniform amounts of any ingredient. The higher or lower nutrients concentration than requirements animals in diets can result in deficiency or poisoning in animals, which in cases, production, reproduction performance and health will diminish. Unfit mixing of micro-ingredients is one of the most common problems when mixing diets, which it may hazards the performance and even the health animals. Some problems for mixing of micro-ingredients such as; Dispersed particles as dust in the air, charge of particles from Electrostatic charging during mixing process and sticking them to the walls of the mixer.
The premixes producing process it possible supplied to quite uniformly and surely distribute micro-ingredients of diet in the diets. Using vitamins, minerals, antibiotics, buffers and flavorings as form of concentrate premixes in diets will be minimized the problems of animal breeders.
